| OSHO GENJO'S "TWINBALL" METHOD OF HEALTHCARE |
The “Twinball” method is a way of nourishing one's health, using a pair of softly inflated exercise balls, to bring balance to the body and adjust its condition.
The basic premise behind this Buddhist medicinal practice is healing based on a combination of exercises for nourishing your own health while communicating with others.
In this case, the word “exercises” is used only to convey that they are
a set of motions coordinated with breathing patterns, and NOT strenuous
exertions done a set number of times.
The methods of promoting health in yourself are based on proper breathing and moving the muscles and ligaments, in order to bring balance to your out-of-balance body, which leads to better communication with others while strengthening the bonds of family and friends.

ABOUT THE “TWINBALL” METHOD |
“Twinball” method is the name given to a healing technique innovated by
the Zen monk, Osho (Abbot) Keido Genjo.
Based on putting three Buddhist healing principles (Regulating the Mind,
Regulating the Breath, and Regulating the Body) into action, the techniques
use two exercise balls to bring body and breath into balanced harmony.
By discovering where the disharmonies are located they can be ameliorated.
Building upon his healing methods of Promoting Health through the breath
(Ki), previously introduced by Abbot Genjo in America and Europe, this
advanced technique makes it possible for anyone to improve and maintain
their health by using the two balls together.
The special feature of the Twinball method is that no energy is wasted,
no excessive muscular force is needed to achieve proper breathing and breath
control with the exercises. This kind of exercise perfectly embodies the
Buddhist principles of Regulating the Mind, Regulating the Breath, and
Regulating the Body and is exercise that creates health. By using the body’s
intrinsic instinct for proper balance, anyone can put these gentle and
non-stressful exercises into practice.
A set of two exercise balls, as well as the explanatory text, will be given
to all participants (two sets for couples) of the Seminar.
